Disruption types we cover
Who is eligible?
EU Regulation EC 261/2004 generally covers flights departing from any EU
airport, and flights arriving in the EU operated by an EU airline.
Compensation amounts depend on flight distance and the length of the delay,
up to €600 per passenger. Extraordinary circumstances
(such as severe weather or air traffic control strikes) can exclude a claim.
